• Kindly place your order at least 3 days in advance.

• During Peak season ( 1 Dec - 16 Feb ): place orders at least 5 days in advance.

• For any urgent or same day orders, please contact us via WhatsApp 6036 5795

• During checkout, please provide accurate recipient information, delivery address, and contact details.

• All prices displayed on our website are in HKD, unless otherwise stated.

• Once an order is placed, regret that we are unable to accept cancellations.

• The images on our website are for reference purposes only. Due to the nature of fresh flowers and seasonal availability, we will adapt our creative approach to substitute certain flowers or colors with alternatives of equivalent value to align with the overall style and design.

• Let’s embrace and appreciate the natural diversity found in their colors, shapes, and even the occasional imperfections.

• Flowers are a natural and fragile, returns and refunds are not accepted for delivered orders.

• Please contact us as soon as possible if any concerns or issues you may have encountered.

  A delivery charge applies for a maximum of two bouquets per location. If order two or more bouquets to the same location, we will provide a separate delivery quote.
  

• Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic conditions and adverse weather.

  • Specific delivery times may not be guaranteed, especially during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

  • Please contact us for orders requiring specific time delivery.
    

• Delivery Process

  • We may attempt to reach the recipient using the contact details provided.

  • If the recipient is unreachable, we may leave the order at the reception or a secure place at the recipient's property.
    

• Delivery to Institutions

  • For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, or other institutions, we will deliver to the designated reception area or mailroom.

  • If the recipient is unavailable or the institution refuses to accept the delivery, we will contact you for further instructions.

• Unsuccessful Delivery

  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery due to an unreachable recipient, the flowers will be returned to our shop.

  • Re-delivery fees will be charged to the sender.

  • 我們將盡力在指定時段內進行送貨，但無法保證特定的到貨時間，尤其在繁忙時段或突發情況下，

  • 若收件人無法接收或機構拒絕收貨，我們將聯繫您以獲得進一步指示。

• 無法送達：

  • 若因無法聯繫到收件人而無法成功送達，花束將退回我們的店鋪。

  • 再送費用將由發送人支付。
